These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Art in the Cape website and services. By using the site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, access areas you are not authorized to, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.
Purchases, bookings & payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Square; by purchasing you agree to Square's terms as well. Workshops, summer camps, and private lessons may have limited capacity and are confirmed when payment is completed. Gallery pieces are one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come basis.
Cancellations & refunds: please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a class or lesson.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the artwork shown are owned by Art in the Cape and its artist and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art in the Cape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
